Quality and satisfaction aren’t coincidences for us—they result from our consistent focus on the needs and desires of our customers and employees. Of course, we’re certified to the current automotive industry standards, IATF 16949—but not solely to meet client requirements. At the same time, this certification documents our ongoing business progress.
Our vision is to remain a pioneer in metalworking in the age of digitalization. This forward-thinking approach also reflects our responsibility towards our employees and the environment.
That’s why employee education, training, and continuous development form an integral part of our quality concept. Occupational safety and related measures are equally important to us.
Environmental management
The topic of quality is a central pillar of our corporate culture. At the same time, sustainability and ecologically and socially responsible practices are deeply embedded in our decision-making. Our environmental management system has been successfully certified by our partner DQS according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
Each year, we take targeted measures to improve our CO₂ balance.
Did you know, for example, that we have been operating a photovoltaic system since 2013? By day, our machines are primarily powered by solar energy, and any excess renewable energy is fed into the grid. Thanks to our self-generated solar power and the purchase of green electricity, our annual energy balance includes a renewable energy quota of up to 85%. Additionally, we conduct regular energy audits to uncover further potential improvements for energy management.
Quality Assurance
We invest in highly qualified staff and a superbly equipped Quality Assurance Department so we can supply you with perfect products. Only the thoroughness of our Quality Management guarantees you unchanging high standards and maximum reliability for your production. We provide this with a modern monitoring system for our testing equipment and verification of our metrology capability.
In order to guarantee product quality we undertake product-related analyses of our metrology methods using FMEA, machine capability investigation, SPC with process capability index CP and CPK calculations. Staff to which this verification process is entrusted undergo continuous training and development. Our QA system is subject to ongoing optimisation by means of continuous improvement processes.
The Qualitymanagementsystem we devised according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and the requirements set by the automotive industry IATF 16949, has been certified successfully certified by „DQS-Cologne“.
