Deburring, Polishing, Grinding? – We Do It!
What is Metal Surface Treatment?
Metal surface treatment processes allow metal parts to be optimized for specific requirement profiles, enabling them to fulfill additional functions. Surface treatment includes mechanical processes such as deburring, polishing, matting, grinding, and rounding.
It also encompasses coating processes such as painting, powder coating, or galvanizing to alter the properties of the metal. The treatment of metal surfaces is a crucial factor in extending their service life.

Surface Treatment in Contract Manufacturing at Beck
We offer in-house surface treatment of metals using vibratory grinding processes and grinding machines. This allows us to deburr, polish, matte, grind, and round surfaces. For coating processes (cataphoretic dip painting, powder coating, electroplating, and surface hardening), we work closely with our long-standing business partners. We handle and coordinate the surface post-treatment for you and deliver the fully processed parts.
